Deck Size: 40 cards Time per Round: 25 minutes Format: Best of One Card Limit: No 4-card limit (you may include 5+ copies of the same card) Deck Flexibility: You can swap cards between rounds using extra cards 🔁 End of Match Procedure: 5-minute extension with 3 final turns (starting from turn 0) If unresolved: Player with more life wins If tied, player with more cards in deck wins If still tied, player with more characters on the field wins If still tied, player who last took a life loses 🌈 Special Sealed Format Rules: Deck Color Requirement Ignored: Use cards of any color, regardless of your leader Leader for the Event: Rainbow 🌈 Luffy Leader (A copy will be provided if you forget yours)
