Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless specified otherwise during purchase. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, the expected delivery date will be clearly stated in the product description. Processing and shipping times for these items will begin once the product becomes available.

Delivery Times

Normal delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Yuranka Games is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipping Issues and Delays

If there are any issues or delays with your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible. For any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact our support team.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Yuranka Games is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Free Shipping Policy for orders with different release dates: 


Customers who place a single order containing two or more presale products with different release dates, and where the total order value equals or exceeds 400€, agree to the following shipping terms:

  1. Separate Free Shipments (if individually eligible): If each item in the order is individually priced at or above 400€, the items will be shipped separately on their respective release dates, with free shipping applicable to both shipments.
  2. Combined Shipment (if not individually eligible): If one or more items are individually below the 400€ threshold, the order qualifies for only one free shipment. In this case, all items will be shipped together in a single package on the latest release date among the purchased products.
  3. Request for Separate Shipments (if not individually eligible): If a customer requests separate shipping for products that do not individually meet the 400€ threshold, the customer is entitled to 1x free shipping per 400€ spent. Any additional shipments requested beyond the free allocation will incur standard shipping charges, unless the customer makes further purchases to meet additional 400€ increments.

Example:
A customer purchases 2x Booster Box A and 2x Booster Box B at 100€ each, totaling 400€.
  • Booster Box A releases in 1 week.
  • Booster Box B releases in 6 months.
This qualifies for 1x free shipping.

If the customer requests to receive the 2x Booster Box A upon its release, that shipment will be free.

However, unless the customer places additional orders totaling at least 200€ before the release of Booster Box B (thus reaching a new 400€ total), the second shipment will require the customer to pay for shipping.
